Beaver Creek Penthouse

The new layout and design of the Penthouse centered in the village of Beaver Creek was created by a local architect and design firm. The team worked closely with the owner to transform an original floor plan with dated fixtures and finishes into a current day home with inviting designs and architecture. All the fixtures, finishes and framing were completely removed from the unit down to the concrete floors and exterior walls. New room layouts were framed; custom electrical and bathroom designs were added. New air conditioning and heating units were installed to maintain comfort year round. Then we began the installation of select new high end fixtures and finishes to match any in the Vail Valley. The construction project was only 8 months in the making with the result being a home owners dream steps from the ski lifts of Colorado.
